Today at 2:25 PM, we called in an order for a large pizza. We were told it would be ready in 20–30 minutes. My partner drove to the restaurant, which is only about 10 minutes from our house. After waiting for over 45 minutes, she went inside. What was disappointing was that not a single employee asked if she needed help or what she was waiting for. After standing there for about 20 minutes, she finally went to the counter to ask about our order. That’s when they told her the order had never been entered into the system and that we would have to wait another 30 minutes. Unfortunately, this is not the first time we’ve had problems here. On multiple occasions, our order has been misunderstood, the quoted wait time has been completely inaccurate, and we’ve ended up waiting far longer than promised. To make matters worse, there was no apology, no refund, and no attempt to make the situation right. Based on our repeated experiences, I can’t recommend this restaurant. I hope they improve their customer service and order management, because this level of service is simply unacceptable.

We ordered Large pizza with pepperoni, sausage & green pepper. Pizza is AMAZING!!! Great cheese, sauce is good & thin crust. Overall love this pizza. If you visit Pittsburgh this is A MUST go pizza! It wasn’t too busy when we got there & this is the original location. Staffs were very friendly & service was fast from the time we ordered in until it’s ready. I was told to order ahead if you order between 5-7pm as it can get very busy. It doesn’t look like a fancy place to eat but it’s all about the food & service. You get it all from this place

We visited on a rainy Saturday around lunch and we're quickly able to order and be seated. Staff was very nice and asked if we wanted a high chair which they got us. Pizza was very hot and very good. Probably the best new York style pizza I've had in Pittsburgh.

This was my first time here, and I was really impressed. I ordered a small pizza with half extra cheese, and the flavor was excellent. The sauce wasn’t overly sweet, which I personally loved, and the dough and crust were cooked perfectly. There was plenty of seating available inside, and while the parking outside is a little tight, I was still able to make it work. Overall, a great experience, and I’ll definitely be coming back.

My mouth waters just thinking about writing this review for Fiori's Pizzaria! We usually go to the Beechview location. We crave their pizza, meatballs with sauce in a dish, and their buffalo wings. A staple for most Steelers games when we watch at home and as often as we can get there. We travel to amazing cities all over and always compare the meatballs to Fiori's. We'll say "they're not as good as Fiori's" nearly every time. I know there are pizza wars in Pittsburgh, and I've tried nearly every place in the last 30 years. Fiori's will always be my favorite! The staff are wonderful and the owner is a little Italian gentlemen who is very charismatic. This isn't the place to go if you want ambiance or a nice dine in experience, but their food is soooo good. They don't do delivery. There is a cobblestone street out front to park and a little tiny parking lot in front of the wall on the Main Street. So worth it to get their food.
